Jum Lamont began his career in broadcast media as a television presenter in Australia and the UK before joining Fusion in 2015. As the head of the Development division, he played a pivotal role in its significant growth and success. Currently serving as Managing Director, APAC, for the Amberjack Group, Jum oversees Fusion’s commercial, strategic, client, and service delivery initiatives. He is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering client partnerships across RPO, Attraction, Technology, Assessment, and Development solutions.

Ally excels in early career talent and the graduate industry, ensuring a positive candidate experience with meticulous process management. Her adaptable, innovative approach highlights employer brands and fosters industry knowledge.

Cathy is an experienced and award-winning Learning & Development professional, with a strong background in instructional design, onboarding, capability development and facilitation.
