After many years working as graduate employers, David and Paula identified a need in the market for a specialist outsource provider with a genuine passion for the graduate industry and a true understanding of graduate attraction, recruitment and development.

David is renowned for his knowledge of everything graduate and for his passion and contribution to driving innovation in the market.
While on the board of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers, David saw a need for better graduate industry solutions. In 2008, he founded Fusion Graduate Consultancy and co-founded Readygrad and Push Apply. He received multiple awards, including the Will Spensley Memorial Award for Innovation.

Paula has extensive experience in the graduate industry both within Australia and overseas and has a demonstrated passion for the recruitment and development of young talent.
While working as a graduate manager, Paula saw the need for specialised graduate recruitment services and co-founded Fusion Graduate Consultancy, Readygrad, and Push Apply. Known for her clear communication and detail-oriented approach, she ensures sustainable, measurable, and innovative assessment solutions tailored to each client.
