Role Overview
We are always on the hunt for passionate and proactive individuals who will be providing different offerings in the Attraction, Assessment, Recruitment & Development of early career talent programs.
You will be joining a growing team of energetic and passionate industry experts and have unmatched exposure to all aspects of graduate Attraction, Assessment, Recruitment & Development. You will be able to make a real impact on the lives of young professionals as they embark on their new career journey in Australia and throughout the world.
We have a range of different teams you could join:
Recruitment
Our Recruitment team are specialised in the attraction and screening phases of the early career lifecycle. Our experts advise on engagement strategy and company brand in the early careers industry and manage candidates through shortlisting and assessment to understand their potential and identify our future leaders.
Learning & Development
Our Development team are highly skilled experts who design and deliver industry-leading programs, and we pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to deliver the ultimate program experience. Our passionate team are dedicated to empowering early talent to succeed in the workplace and beyond.
Business Services
Fusion cannot deliver without our dedicated business services team who provide a range of functions and support across the organisation both within Australia and internationally from Amberjack Global. These functions include sales, business development, marketing and events, IT support and assessment solution development, as well as HR, finance and office management.

We are seeking energetic and proactive individuals, who thrive in a team-based and flexible work environments where you will have accountability for individual as well as team deliverables whether you are joining our Recruitment, Development or wider Business Services team.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role you must be:
- An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application.
- Ideally Melbourne based; our office is located in South Yarra otherwise we have remote opportunities available upon discussion.
