Role Overview


Our growing client base means that we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Development Professional who is ready to take on new challenges in all aspects of designing and delivering customised and impactful development programs both in Australia and abroad.

As a Learning and Development Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs tailored to the unique needs of our very diverse clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and clients to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

This role may require travel throughout the year to facilitate the delivery of programs for our national client base.

Key Responsibility


  • Work closely with our expert design team to help bring programs to life for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support their early-career program objectives.
  • Lead the strategy, design and delivery of development programs for your client accounts, ensuring connection to competency frameworks and a focus on engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of client development programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design the ultimate development experience across different delivery modes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create supporting materials for development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops both in person and virtual, across a variety of development topics.
  • Contribute to Fusion team projects and deliverables as required.

Who are we looking for?


If you are someone who can hit the ground running, proactively takes on challenges, work collaboratively within a team and be self-driven in your own development, then we want you. In addition, for this role the ideal candidate would have: 

 

  • 2+ years of Learning and Development experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Proven record of designing and delivering customised early talent development workshops
  • Experience and interest in facilitation of early careers programs.
  • Thrive in a flexible, team-based environment where you have accountability for individual as well as team deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria


To be eligible for this role you must be:

  • An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application.
  • Ideally Melbourne based; our office is located in South Yarra otherwise we have remote opportunities available upon discussion.
