For the first time, Fusion have analysed applications from 84,000 candidates that we have managed on behalf of our clients. This has provided some interesting trends across attraction, assessment and Diversity and Inclusion.
Did you know that…?
- Applications via internal referral are 3.6 times more to receive an offer.
- Women are 8% more likely to receive a job offer than men.
- Men, with graduating in Politics, Social Science, or Law these disciplines are significantly more likely to receive offers than Women.
